" Aurora is an intuitive and knowledgeable guide in my journey to build strength, flexibility, balance, and self awareness. She leads classes with a genuine care to see everyone reach their potential by offering them a safe space to try and push themselves, get to know the limits and potential of their bodies, and just be present to enjoy the experience. She has an incredible ability to be sensitive and responsive to the variety of needs in the class while making everyone feel confident to achieve whatever is right for them that day. After attending regular group classes with Aurora I have learned about how my body works, what it needs, and how far I can push myself to move forward in my yoga journey. Her kindness, gentleness, and knowledge have created a safe practice space for me to challenge myself. I have developed trust that she is guiding me safely through my practice as I push my own limits to achieve things I never thought I could. She has a strong sense of how to modify and adapt movement so that anyone at any level can participate fully, and feel confident and motivated to keep returning to meet their individual goals.
